There is a few different ways you can infuse this recipe, I have listed the different ways below.  Either with Canna Crab Cakes , a side of AsparaGrass, or the secret is in the sauce!  ( : 

In A Holandaze

Cook : 10
Happy : 20


4 egg yolks
1 tbsp lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
1/2 cup Canna Budder (melted)
pinch of cayenne
pinch of salt


Whisk the egg yolks and lemon juice vigorously together in a stainless steel bowl until the mixture is thickened or doubled in volume.  

Place the bowl over a saucepan containing simmering water, as a double boiler process. The water should not touch the bottom of the bowl.  Continue to whisk, *be careful not to let the eggs get too hot or they will scramble. Slowly pour in the melted Canna Budder and continue whisking until sauce is thickened. 

Remove from heat.  Whisk in cayenne pepper and salt.  

Serve & Get Happy ! 

Canna Crab Cakes

You may also sub out the lump crab meat for Fresh Salmon.  Equally as delicious and very healthy.  Try to stay away from all canned seafood.  Fresh is best as far as this chef is concerned. (besides look at the dates on those cans of crab meat...(ehhhh) Now, it is difficult to not get farmed Salmon as Atlantic Salmon is on the endangered species list.  Your best bet is to consume wild or organically farmed fish to avoid any additional pesticides, fungicides and excessive omega-6 consumption. 


Fresh Salmon and Chronic Crab Cakes

2 lbs of asparagus 
1 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp ground pepper
1 tbsp crushed red pepper
1/3 cup crumbled feta cheese


First, slice up asparagus.  Sprinkle un-infused olive oil. Broil 10 minutes - toss that ish!

Combine sugar, salt, pepper, crushed red pepper, and feta and sprinkle over veggies.  Return to broil another 10 minutes. Remove from heat - toss in and thoroughly coat the seasoned asparagus with your decarbed infused olive oil. Serve.
