CANNA CLAM DIP


Canna Clam Dip

Ingredients:

1/2 cup budder
1 med onion (finely chopped)
1/2 green pepper (chopped into small pieces)
1 tsp olive oil
1 tsp chopped parsley
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp oregano
1/2 cup bread crumbs
2 cans chopped clams with their juice
swiss cheese (grated)

Preheat oven to 350 °F (176 °C)

Directions:

Melt budder in pan and lightly sauce onion and green pepper.  mix together with remaining ingredients, except swiss cheese, and place in an oven - proof baking dish.  Top with swiss cheese and cover.  Bake for 2-25 minutes.  Remove from oven and serve with crackers of your choice.
