Eight Layer Taco Dip

1 can (16 oz) refried beans
1 pkg taco seasoning mix
2 1/2 cups shredded mexican cheeses
1 carton sour cream (16 oz)
1 can (4.5 oz) chopped chilies
1 can diced tomatoes
1 can (6 oz) sliced black olives
1 bunch of green onions chopped
1 jar (10 oz) medium salsa
1 1/2 cups OGuacamole
2 bags of tortilla chips
(bc one isn't enough, we know this)
*my personal favorite are 'Red Hot Blues' Tortillia Chips
First, grab a large skillet, cut and cook sausage until it is browned then drain the sausage. then, stir in the beans, chilies, and taco seasoning mix.
next, grab a 7x11 serving dish and spread sausage mix. top sausage mix with sour cream, salsa, and guacamole spread evenly. then sprinkle olives, tomatoes, and onions on top. lastly, cover with cheese. Serve with a big bowl of chips, and refrigerate and leftovers.
