Medi-Mushroom Caps

Medi-Mushroom Caps

PREP : 10         COOK : 35         HAPPY : 45

Preheat oven : 375 degrees F (190 degrees C)


fresh mushrooms - 8 oz (quartered)
onion - 1 1/2 tbsp (minced)
garlic - 1/2 tsp (minced)
white wine - 1 1/2 tbsp
thyme - 1/4 tsp (dried)
cannabis oil - olive oil - 1/4 cup
kosher salt & pepper 


Whisk together the onion, garlic, olive oil and thyme into a large bowl.  Add the mushrooms.  Toss to coat.  Transfer mushroom mixture into a small baking dish, cover and bake for 35  minutes.  Stir occasionally.  Remise from oven.  Add and stir in cannabis oil. And Get Happy!
