Juana Poppers
by: deliciously Dee

12 jalapeno peppers
2 tbsp canna oil
1/3 cup green onions, white parts only (chopped)
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 block cream cheese softened

Preheat that oven to 350F

First, cut off the tops of the jalapeƱos.  Clean out as much of the inside as possible.  you want the peppers to be hollow for stuffing.  Rinse out the inside of the pepper with water.  Next, warm a small saucepan over medium heat and add your canna oil.  Let the oil warm for about 30seconds, then add the green onions and cook for about 1 minute.  Then, throw in the garlic and sauce for 1-2 minutes.  Next, remove and add the cream cheese and stir.  The sauce should be kinda thick.

Now to stuff da stuff: use a spoon and fingers (get messy) and fill the peppers with your stuffing.  lastly, place stuffed peppers on a foil-lined baking sheet and bake fir 20 minutes.  Serve warm.
