HAPPY AVOCADO BROWNIES
(with infused frosting)

- 4 oz dark chocolate chips
- 3 medium ripe avocados (pitted)
- 100 g coconut sugar
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 3 eggs
- 60 g cocoa powder
- 62 g flour
- 2 pinches of salt
- almonds (chopped) - optional topping
INGREDIENTS FOR FROSTING:
- 109 g maple syrup
- 52 g CANNA coconut oil
- 2 oz dark chocolate chips
- 40 g cocoa powder
Preheat the oven at 350 degrees F. Line a 7x11 inch pan with parchment paper (wax paper).
Melt 2 ounces dark chocolate in a double boiler until melted and smooth. Add the avocados, coconut sugar, and vanilla extract to a food processor and puree until it is smooth and lump free. (smooth like canna budder) ;D
Once the chocolate has melted, pour the chocolate into the processor with the avocado mixture and puree until it is smooth and blended.
Add the eggs and process until the eggs are combined.
Now add the flour, cocoa powder, and salt. Pulse until the mixture is combined well. Then, remove the blade and stir in the remaining 2 ounces of melted dark chocolate.
Spread the mixture evenly into the lined baking pan. Bake for 30 minutes or until brownies are set.
*Let it cool completely before frosting.
Grab a small saucepan and melt together the infused CANNA COCONUT OIL, maple syrup, and dark chocolate over low heat until smooth. Remove melted mixture from heat and stir in the cocoa powder and pinch of salt.
Once blended, spread the frosting evenly over your cooled brownies. (sprinkle almonds or desired toppings)
Place brownies in fridge to allow the frosting to set, around 30 minutes.
Lastly cut em up into desired serving size and get HAPPY! ;D
*store in airtight container in the fridge.
